We specialise in the repair and maintenance of all HP LaserJet printers.  We provide an on-site   3-hour laser printer repair service for Auckland businesses.  We will get your HP LaserJet printer up and running again.  There is no need to ship your printer off-site.  In the unlikely event we cannot fix your laser printer immediately, or if there are delays obtaining a part, we can often supply an HP LaserJet printer as a temporary replacement.  Most parts are readily available so this is not normally an issue.

Please note that we don’t provide an on-site service to home users.  If you want your personal laser printer repaired, please call to arrange a time to drop it off at our workshop.  We are happy to courier parts to home and business users throughout New Zealand, although we require payment directly into our bank account prior to shipping.

If you are having trouble with your printer, have look at our troubleshooting page.  The most common cause of problems is a faulty toner cartridge.  Be sure to check your toner cartridge is not faulty by installing another toner cartridge (even if the existing toner cartridge is brand new).

Typical Problems Repaired

• Paper pick-up problems (e.g. paper mis-feeds, multi-feeds, paper jams, no paper picked up etc.)

• Print quality problems due to faulty cartridges (e.g. toner sprinkle, image ghosting, faded print, repeating marks, black lines, grey page)

• Print quality problems due to a faulty fuser (e.g. toner smudges, image ghosting, repeating marks, gaps or flaky print)

• Print quality problems due to a dirty / dusty laser (e.g. missing or faded print, uneven toner distribution)

• Paper jams inside the printer (within the tray, before the cartridge, before the fuser, in the outfeed assembly)

• Unusual Noises (e.g. crunching, grinding, surging, whining)

• Paper quality problems (e.g. wavy paper or ‘ripples’, paper folds or creases)

• No response from the printer or network card

• Error messages on the LED display

• and so forth

Fusers

The next most common problem (after a faulty toner cartridge) is a faulty fuser.  We supply either OEM or remanufactured fusers. For some older models, OEM fusers are no longer available. Our fusers have been remanufactured with top quality components.  We provide a 3-month warranty with all remanufactured fusers. All fusers are supplied on an ‘exchange’ basis. Where we supply and fit a fuser, we will take away your old fuser. For fuser deliveries out of Auckland, we require a $50 deposit, which we will refund once we receive your old fuser.
